I Am Inspired

World Show Season. It is here. The year has flown by. I’m always inspired watching the live feeds of the AQHYA World Show. The kids are amazing and their equine partners are as well. The hard work, determination, perseverance. The sacrifices, the blood, sweat, and tears culminating in their moment in the spotlight in Oklahoma City.  Your moment to shine is pretty amazing, too. HSC launched our web store in May. It has been a task getting all of our inventory up and posted. There is still a long way to go! We have sold mainly on Facebook for years. Before Facebook when we were kids, we sold locally. All of our show clothing, hats boots, and accessories went into a large hall closet. That closet was dubbed the “horse show closet”. For The Love of The Horse

Do you remember being that kid who didn’t want to leave the barn? I do. It has been amazing to be able to experience that pure love again through the eyes of my three year old. Most days she is in the barn helping feed, water, and excercise the horses.  We all show horses because we love them. We love the smells that go with them, too.
